The Czech-Cape Verde Chamber of Commerce has gained new members. JUDr. Peter Andris, and JUDr. Aleš Zpěvák Ph.D. became members of the Board of Directors.
Dr. Peter Andris is an experienced attorney with a broad practice ranging from civil, family and commercial law to criminal, administrative, construction and employment law. His experience also includes insolvency proceedings. Peter Andris will also benefit our firm through his extensive international relationships with prominent figures in the commercial and non-commercial sectors.
Dr. Aleš Zpěvák graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen, passed the rigorous examination at the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and completed his doctoral studies at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague in the field of security management and criminalistics. He has been an academic at the Police Academy of the Czech Republic in Prague for many years. In his academic and private practice, he specializes in constitutional law, civil law and corporate law. He is the author and co-author of numerous professional publications (monographs, articles, popular literature) published in the Czech Republic and abroad. In addition to his new position at the Czech-Cape Verde Chamber of Commerce, he is currently a member of the Office for the Supervision of the Management of Political Parties and Political Movements.
